Never have I seen a product like this in my life. Zagg shipped the order quickly. All of the materials were rolled up and resembled heavy duty contact paper. I thought the easiest place to start would be that MacBook Pro cover. Trying to get the backing off of the plastic was nothing short of frustrating. After struggling for about 15 minutes, I was able to get a fingernail underneath and began releasing the backing. Before I knew it, a corner turned over and stuck, then the "FUN" really began. If it weren't for the fact it was so expensive (about $50) it would have made a hilarious video. The more I attempted to untangle the mess, the worse it got. After about 45 minutes I had a wad of sticky clear plastic.. I tried to salvage my pride (and "investment") and thought I would try to put the invisible shield on the wrist area of the keyboard. I was VERY careful and managed to get the backing off without anything sticking. I got it placed on the "deck" of the computer, but the fit was sloppy. If I lined the edges up, then the cutout for the mouse pad did not line up and looked awful. I played with it for another 45 minutes and finally concluded that you "can't make chicken salad out of chicken #$%*."
BOTTOM LINE: Don't waste your money or time; it would be cheaper buying flypaper! I did send an e-mail to Zagg requesting a refund (haha); we'll see what happens.
